With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willie C. Parker of Branchville, Virginia, who passed away on February 14, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Clyde and Lillian Ruth Parker of Branchville, Virginia.; and also Dennis. He is survived by: his sister Crystal Vincent of Hopewell, VA; his nephew Brandon Vincent of Hopewell, VA; his nieces, Tarsha Turner (Keith) and Denita Parker; and his aunts and uncles, Lelia Baxter of Chesapeake, VA, Rose Galloway of Franklin, VA, DC of Washington, Toinetta Phillips (James), Otis Parker (Katie), NJ, Aubrey Parker, Oliver Parker (Alice) and Clarence Parker (Shirley). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
In keeping with the CDC's guidelines for COVID-19, facemasks are required at all in-person events.
