She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Preston Futrell, Sr.; her parents, Harmon Montgomery Purviance, Jr. and Annetta Ellis Whitelock Purviance; and her siblings, Nanette P. Kirkland, Jean P. Stephenson, Samuel W. Purviance and H. Montgomery "Monty" Purviance, III.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Belle White (James) and H. Preston Futrell, Jr. (Shelley); her grandchildren, Micah Dillon, Bekah Tunnicliffe (David) and Noah Futrell (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Stone, Stella Dillon, Toria and Titus Tunnicliffe.
The family suggests memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
