She is survived by: her husband Eddie Urda, Jr.; her children, Allison Mull (Josh), Lindsey O'Quinn (Kenny) and Ryan Urda (Desiree); her grandchildren, William Mull, Kaine Motley, Ethan Motley and MaKayla Urda; her siblings, Howard Burnette (Pam), Mary Livesay and Lynda Slade (Victor); her half-brother Randy Burnette; and her stepfather Joseph Lewis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
