He was predeceased by: his wife Berley Trent Fleming; his parents, May Fleming and Homer Fleming; his siblings, Zane, Kyle, Kip Fleming, Etta Hite, Billie Fleming and Ina Comer; and his pets, Gyp, Pierre and Princess.
He is survived by: his daughter Vanessa Baldwin (Curt); and his siblings, Elbert Fleming (Joyce) and Annette Fleming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
