Ratliff of Ashland; his grandchildren, Jonathan Mills, Aaron Hill, Austin Hill, Anthony Hill and Freddie Hall; his siblings, James Henry "Buster" Ratliff, Jr., Evelyn Gref, Florence Boswell and Jimmy Ratliff; and his close friends, Mike, Sandra Ligon, Timmy and Pam Moore. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren.
