With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Bates Tanner of Bracey, Virginia, who passed away on May 30, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Jamie C. Tanner. She is survived by: her daughter Betty Cutler of Bracey; her brothers, Roy Clark of Brodnax and Gerald Clark of Brodnax; and her grandsons, Jay Smith of Bracey and Kyle Cutler of South Hill. She is also survived by her five great grandchildren.
