He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Earl and Betty Jean Kellogg; and his brother Leslie Kellogg. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Kellogg; his son Kristopher Marc Kellogg of Haymarket, VA; his grandchildren, Hailey and Morgan Kellogg; and his sisters, Cindy Neville of Pawley's Island, SC and Lucille George of Hornell, NY.
