He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gilliard; his children, Joseph Gilliard (Debbie), Patricia Mengel (Shawn) and Christine Reider (Scott); and his grandchildren, Ashley Gratowski, Lexa Gilliard, Casey Berger, Collin Berger, Chase Mengel, Tori Papp, Lyndsay Papp, Stephanie Papp and Nicholas Reider. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
