He is survived by: his daughters, Carmen Biggs and Claire Biggs; his parents, Doug Biggs and Kim Biggs; his brother Mitch Biggs (Kaitlyn); his niece Rylee Biggs; his nephew Beau Biggs of Bracey; and his grandmother Sandra Biggs Marker. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
