He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Quinton Fowler and Mary Louise Stephens Fowler. He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd Stephen Fowler (Sandra), Cheryl Fowler Baldwin and Robin Fowler Edwards (Michael); his stepmother Barbara Fowler; his aunts, Virginia Norfleet and Jean Price; his nieces and nephews, Chris Baldwin, Holly Baldwin, Ryan Vann (Krystal), Mandi Edwards Ferguson (Michael), Michael Colby Edwards, Tracey Fowler Piper and Floyd Stephen Fowler II (Courtney); and also Rusty Bradshaw.
