He is survived by: his wife Dawn Mostert; his son Mark Paul Mostert (Deborah) of Virginia Beach; his granddaughters, Amanda Tran (Tuan) and Megan Mulvey (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Harper Tran, Jack Tran, Henry Mulvey, Maura Mulvey, Marcia Garris and Martha Felts.

The family suggests that memorial donations be made to any favorite charity.
