She was predeceased by: her parents, George Goelz, Sr. and Catherine Sandifer G. O'Berry; and her husband Charles Monroe McDowell. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene M. Dean (Mike) and Barbette M. Porter (Max); her grandchildren, Jason Dean (Kelly), Marcie Pietrofere (Tim), Tyler Dean (Jessica), Quinton Porter (Samantha), Calvert Porter, Lee Pridgen (Racheal) and Alyson Pridgen; her great grandchildren, Corbin, Tanner, Reagan Dean, Ava, Alyssa Pietrofere, Corinne, Eliza Dean, Riley Porter, Lucas, Emily and Wyatt Pridgen; her niece Judy Salem; and her cousin Alma Mills Gates. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
