He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Creed Allgood and Pattie Lee Allgood; his wife Mary Allgood; and his daughter-in-law Ida Love Allgood. He is survived by: his son James Harry Allgood of Boydton; his granddaughter Mary Jane Saxton (Harold) of Boydton; and his great grandchildren, Kristen Rapier, Zachary Rapier, Walker Saxton, Camilla Saxton and Alex Saxton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
