She is survived by: her husband George Merkel; her daughter Stephanie Nuckols (James); her grandchildren, McKenzie Nuckols (Wyatt) and James Nuckols, Jr.; her brother-in-law Marc Merkel (Lisa); her nephew Marc Merkel, Jr.; and her niece Amber Merkel.
