He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Gladys Clemons; and his siblings, Helen, Charles Edward and Henry, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Lessie Alexander Clemons of Boydton, VA; his children, Charles (Barbara) of Massachusetts, Troy of Georgia, Melvin (Tanique) of Virginia and Angela of Virginia; his sisters, Christine of Washington, DC and Ethel of Washington, DC; his sisters-in-law, Pastor Rolinda Gilliam (Bishop Karo) of Virginia and Teresa Goode of Virginia; his aunts, Reolia, Ruby, Annie Pearl and Juanita; his uncle Calvin; and his cousins, John Earl and Deloris Williams. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
Interment will be private. Public viewing will be held on Friday from 2:00 P. M. until 6:00P. M. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a mask will be required for all viewings and services. We ask that you adhere to all guidelines, and practice social distancing.
