She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frink and Beatrice Frink of Hopewell, Virginia.. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Keith (Michael), Dianne Helsel, Tammy Radcliff (Greg) and Jim Minchew; and her grandchildren, Bryan Radcliff (Sarah), Jamie Radcliff (Megan), Meghan Keith, Leah Minchew and Tyler Minchew. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren and numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family.
