She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Franklin and Ruth Elizabeth Welsh Franklin; and her nephew Ricky Loughborough. She is survived by: her husband Richard Franklin Loughborough; her siblings, Bill Franklin, Jean Franklin and Jack Franklin (Pat) of Clear Brook, VA; her nieces, Bobbie Shimp (Jerry), Cheryl Franklin and Linda Ralston (Bill); and her nephew Larry Loughborough (Vicky).
