She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hill and Ruth Brill Hill; her husband James Marshall Keefer, Sr.; her grandson Timothy Kyle Sowers, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Carol Keefer; and her siblings, Joann Allison, Helen Bossert, Anna McCall, Carol Veervan, Glen Hill, Charles Wymer and Raymond Lee Corbin.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Whetzel (Frank), Sharon Sprouse (Bobby), James Keefer, Jr., Peggy "Suzie" Holtzclaw (Terry), Timmy Keefer (Gail) and Ginger White (Jason); her sisters, Rose Sparkman, Barbara Ann Lehew, Dorothy Knupp and Betty Block; and her grandchildren, Randy Cornwall (Mary), Sunday Welch, Jesse Cornwell (Tonya), Mickey Cornwell (Amanda), Angel Hess (Max), Troy Sprouse (Marsha), Amberley Settle (Steven), Amanda Keefer, Rachel Keefer, David Keefer, Rebekah Keefer, Summer Sowers, Shannon Carlson (Mark), Brandy McDonald (Danny), Roxanne Mowery (Travis), Eric Keefer (Cyndi), Jordan White and Colton White. She is also survived by 45 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
