He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Howard Franklin Locke, Sr.; his wife Sandra Carole Combs Locke; his son Brian Locke of Berryville, VA; his siblings, Phyllis Tinsman (Jack) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Donald "Donnie" Spaid (Judy) of Stephens City, VA; his sister-in-law Betty Locke of Winchester, VA; and his siblings, Muriel Broy (Curt), Brondell Locke and Arthur Allen Locke (Helen). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
