He was predeceased by: his father William Alexander Duke, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Russell Duke; his wife Cheryl; his children, William Paul and Caitlin; and his cousins, Ted Russell, Jean Hahn, Nancy Grand, Beth Hensley and Marti Hurlbert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Opening Door, 8049 Ormesby Lane.
