She was predeceased by: her parents, Warrenton Childs and Mary Elizabeth Childs; her husband Floyd Lee Daniel; her son Wellington Woolfolk Jr. (Iceman); her siblings, Mary Ruth Anna Roye (Cokie), Florence Parker, Walton Childs (June) and Gene Childs; and her mother-in-law Irene Daniel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marion (Tina), Jones (John) and Laverne Childs (Vincent); her stepdaughters, Valerie Daniel Peacock (Edward) and Sandra Daniel; her siblings, Myrtle C. Rock and Billy Childs; her siblings-in-law, Tommy Daniel, Blanche M. Childs, Barbara Childs, Shirley Daniel and Lydia Boulware; her aunt Christine Monroe; her uncle Brent Childs (Ann); and her nieces, April Cooper and Charrie Childs. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; thirteen step-grandchildren; and twenty-seven step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc. (16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, VA 22427). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Pentecostal Church (5312 Jericho Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546).
