He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Richard Jr. of New Jersey, Scott of Vermont and Kathie Martin of Trenton; his grandchildren, Ashleigh, Christian, Sara and Emma; and his great grandchildren, Katherine, TJ, Heidi, Owen and Truly.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Milford Presbyterian Church (17283 Blatt Ave, Milford, VA 22514). A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quantico National Memorial Cemetery.
