He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Lloyd and Addie Lee Mont; his daughter Philicia; and his siblings, Allen, Gladys, Geraldine, James, Frank, Alphonso, Loraine and Percell Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Minor; his daughters, Debra Minor Stevenson (Michael) and Karen Jefferson; his grandchildren, Olayemi E. Ogunbase, Sasha N. Stevenson, Michael B. Stevenson II, Tiffany, Antoine, Devon and Angelica Jefferson; his stepdaughter Sydney Thomas; his stepgranddaughter Lindsey Turner; his sister Vivian Claxton; and his sister-in-law Marian Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
