He is survived by: his parents, Roxanne Wyman and Pat DeCristofaro; his siblings, Desiree, Adrianna Carlin, Tobias and Michael DeCristofaro; his grandparents, Debra Hall Wyman, Tim DeCristofaro (Andrea) and Lisa DeCristofaro (Mike); and his aunts and uncles, T. J. DeCristofaro (Jill), Justin DeCristofaro (Gen), Gage DeCristofaro (Nicole), Cynthia Johnson, Joni Wyman, Moe Wyman and Charles Wyman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a fund that will be set up in PJ's memory.
