She is survived by: her son John Douglas Goforth (Cynthia); her grandchildren, Anne Douglas and Zachery Wheeler; her daughter-in-law Pamela Jean Goforth; her granddaughter-in-law Kristina Elizabeth Brown (Dameon); and her great grandchildren, Mason and Peyton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and godchildren.
