He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Yarus; and his brother Herbert Yarus. He is survived by: his children, Howard Stephen Yarus of Richmond, VA, Joan M. Yarus of Fredericksburg, VA and Harvey P. Yarus (Laura Snow) of King George, VA; his grandchildren, Charles Yarus of King George, VA, Maura Yarus Rawlette (Drexel) of King George, VA, Karla Perry (Joseph) of Virginia Beach, VA and Brooke Shambley (James) of Gulf Port, MS.; and his great grandchildren, Devin Rawlette and Josiah Shambley.
Due to the COVID-19, a graveside service at the Quantico Veteran's Cemetery will be Wednesday, September 16 at 11am.
