Minor of Silver Spring, MD and Gregory Penn, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Alega Scriber-Penn; his brothers, Eugene Minor (Gloria) of Clinton, MD, Oliver Minor (Morcia) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Calvin Minor (Veronica) of Fairfax, VA, Herbert Minor of Oxon Hill, MD and Marcel Minor (Joy) of Milford, VA; his grandchildren, Barry L. Minor, Jr., Francesca N. Chambers, Lourdes Minor, Julian L. Smith, Gregory Penn, III, Alira Penn, Xavier Minor and Lauren M. Smith; his aunts, Delores Brewington of Milford, VA, Gloria Chatman of Milford, VA and Vivian Claxton of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his uncle Reginald Minor (Evelyn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
