With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Murrill Swisher of Bowling Green, Virginia, born in Parsons, West Virginia, who passed away on May 27, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen; and his son Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Diane Jones (Alvin), Betsy Carter (Billy), Catherine Pollard (Jerry), Kevin Swisher (Cathy), Keith Swisher (Lorraine), David Swisher, Jr., Mary Beth Geil (Gary), Edgar Cahoon (Becky) and James Swisher (Jennifer). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a large extended family.
