She is survived by: her husband Kenny Purks; her sons, Jason Purks (Sherri) and Jeremiah Purks (Aimee Pond); her siblings, Anne Marie Matusek, Bernadette Page and Julius Matusek (Karen); her sister-in-law Joann Matusek; and her grandson Shane Purks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
