He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Motley and Lucille Motley. He is survived by: his aunt Jane E. Perry. He is also survived by 14 first cousins; and numerous other cousins, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Covenant Funeral Service - Fredericksburg (10830 Patriot Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Green Lawn Cemetery (17623 Lakewood Rd, Bowling Green, VA 22427).
