With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Bernard of Boones Mill, Virginia, who passed away on November 26, 2024 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stephen Bernard to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Bernard and John Bernard; his brother Gordon (Diane); and also, Polly and Don Way.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Way Bernard; his siblings, Carolyn Hornick (Eddie) and Philip Bernard (Tom Grey); his niece Rebecca Hornick; his nephews, John Hornick (Alexa) and Preston Bernard (Michelle); and his great-nephews, James and Wells Hornick.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Boones Mill Christian Church (7950 Grassy Hill Rd, Boones Mill, VA 24065).
