He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ross and Helen Gilliam Ross; and his siblings, Billy Ross, Jr. and Barbara Ross. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Harris Ross; his children, Delania "Nanie" Norris of Marion, VA, Amanda "Mandy" Cuddy of Fincastle, VA and Robert "Bobby" Ross, Jr. of Boones Mill, VA; his grandchildren, Keith, Devin, Trevor, Dalton, Faith, Colton, Fenix and Viyolett; and his great grandchildren, Grant and Benson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Round Hill Cemetery.
