He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubeun Cundiff (Pumphouse) and Gracie Cundiff; his son Scott Cundiff; his siblings, Patricia Weaver (Ann), Frank Hall and Terry Wayne Cundiff; and his brother-in-law Billy Ramey.

He is survived by: his wife Tena Cundiff; his children, Courtney Sanchez (Jesse), Michael Cundiff (Samantha) and Joshua Cundiff; his grandchildren, Kenny Hicks, Brianna Green, Diasha Hicks, Robert Hicks, Malachi Hancock, Christopher Cundiff, Isaac Sanchez, Troy Sanchez and Daniel Sanchez; his siblings, Betty Meeks (Teddy), Darlene Guilliams (Van), Mellissa Ramsey (Danny), Ala Sue Ramey and Lynn Davis (Johnny); his siblings-in-law, Daryl Manning, J. L. Furrow (Mary) and Tracey Ayers; his nephews, Tony Weaver and Anthony Ramey; his niece Kristy Hall Bowens; his great-nephew Gabriel Bowens; his niece Sherry Weaver Banks; his great-niece Jade Banks; and his close friends, Gary Turner and Smokey. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
