It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lane Wimmer of Boones Mill, Virginia, who passed away on May 8, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Wimmer and Rachael Wimmer. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Wimmer; his sons, Ricky Wimmer, Steve Wimmer (Marie) and Tommy Wimmer (Liana); his sister Linda Clarkson (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Jacob Wimmer, Kayla Wimmer, Cora Wimmer and Degan Wimmer. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
