It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Hudson (Boones Mill, Virginia), who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Hudson and Hasletine A. Hudson; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Hudson and Reva Hudson. He is survived by: his brothers, James O. Hudson, John Thomas Hudson and Billy Alan Hudson (Kathy); his children, Richard D Hudson (Debra), Eva Marie Armes (Michael) and Charles W Hudson (Melanie); and his granddaughters, Anna Adams Abby (Kyle) and Daisy Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
