She is survived by: her children, Aquilla Clayborne Noel, Frances Amos, Gloria Clayborne Mance, Shirley Thompson (Donald), Carolyn Clayborne Cooper, Dana Clayborne, Minister James Clayborne (Alice) and Calvin Clayborne. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
