She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hampton Gray and Mary Ruth Heninger Gray; her husband Marvin K. Holland, Sr.; and her sister Maxine Kestner. She is survived by: her children, Marva K. Forkner (Phillip) of Richmond, Marvin K. Holland, Jr. (Carrie) of Tucson, AZ and Lynne H. Barrett (William) of Forest; her grandchildren, Paul Forkner, Richard Hogan (Amber), Nicholas Hogan, Gail Roth (Tony), Matthew Holland, William Barrett, IV, Anthony Barrett and Victoria Barrett; her great grandchildren, Jayden Hogan, Jordynn Hogan, Liam Hogan, Oliver Roth, Nora Hogan, Naomi Hogan and Rosalee Barrett; and her sister Donna Ruth Gray Boyd of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Colbert-Moran Funeral Home, Inc. (307 Main St, Gretna, VA 24557). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Memorial Park (5970 Grassy Hill Rd, Boones Mill, VA 24065).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, The Gideons or any local humane society.
