He is survived by: his sons, Billy and David; his grandchildren, Noah Bandy, Andrew Bandy, Joshua Bandy and Rachel Bandy Witt; his great grandchildren, Addison, Mason, Cole and Ethan; and his sister Doris Swanson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bonsack Baptist Church Nursery Department.
