He is survived by: his parents, Lori Denise Bowles Kampmann and John George Miscik, Jr.; his siblings, Katie, Donna, David, Michael, Matthew, Jeremy and Steven; his daughter Kailynn; the mother of his child Lillian; and his grandfathers, Don Bowles, John Miscik, Sr. and Due.
