It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Smith (Bluefield, Virginia), who passed away on July 23, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Johnson and Eva Bales Johnson; and her stepfather John Johnson. She is survived by: her sisters, Dorothy Jean Bales and Betty Bales Roark; her husband Billy Ray Smith; her son Kenneth Ray Hager Jr.; her wife Mellissa; her grandson Jay Hager (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Colt Hager and Kinsley Hager; and her sisters, Marlene Bales Shrewsbury and Donna Bales Foran.
