He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Evans and Louise Myers Evans; and his sister-in-law Kathy Abel. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mullin Dancy; his daughter Jessica Beck (Christopher) of Bluefield, VA; his sisters, Patricia Estep of Bluefield, WV, Susie Perkins of Tazewell, VA and Bertha Ealy of Pocahontas, VA; his mother-in-law Ethel Ward of Bluefield, VA; his brothers-in-law, Brian Mullin of Green Valley, WV and Allen Abel of Bland, VA; and his grandchildren, Cameran, Khole and Harleigh.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
