She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon P. Tabor, Sr. and Alma Zane Wagner Tabor of Falls Mills, VA.; her husband Albert "Pete" Smothers; her grandparents, Hugh, Rebecca Sluss Tabor, Charles McClelland Wagner, Sr. and Lottie Wagner; and her siblings, Charles Addison "Buddy" Tabor, Carrol Dean Tabor, Shirley Jean Murakami, Charlotte Ann Ramsey and Judith Elaine White.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Gale Mohr (George) of New Bern, NC; her grandsons, William Jason Haddock (Samantha) of Concord, NC and John Daniel Haddock of Greenville, NC.; and her sisters, Betty Zane Kabara of Goodyear, AZ, Margaret Eunice Zuliani of Garden Grove, CA, Elizabeth Jane Smith of Princeton, WV and Miss Muffin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
