He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Ann Lewis Kitts; his daughter Adrianna Nicole Hudson (Shane) of Rayland, OH; his grandchildren, Peyton, Eli, Bodhi, Ivy Hudson of Rayland, OH and Bethany Ann Mills Crouse (Zach) of North Tazewell, VA; his great grandchildren, Khloe Burnette and John Luke Crouse; his grandson Paul Andrew Mills (Ashley) of Bluefield, VA; his great grandchildren, Emma, Katelyn and Jason Mills; his granddaughter Loretta Mills of Bluefield, WV; his great grandchildren, James Blizzard, Allison Mills, Addison Dishman, Tess Roten, Matthew Daniel Mills (Kayla) of North Tazewell, VA and Richard Phelps (Felecia) of Bluefield, VA; and also, Avery, Serenity, Mia, Lainee Mills, Karie, Ethan, Mason Phelps and Lea Bassett (Terry) of North Tazewell, VA..
