Joseph Smith Obituary

In loving memory of Joseph Smith of Bluefield, Virginia, born in Gratton, Virginia, who departed this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Smith and Ira Smith. He is survived by: his wife Norma Asbury of Bluefield, VA; his daughter Rhonda Smith Cregger; his son-in-law Kenny of Wytheville, VA; his son Gordon Smith; his daughter-in-law Serena of Peachtree City, GA; his siblings-in-law, Tony and Gail Asbury of Cedar Bluff; his sister Norma Smith Ellison of Bluefield, VA.; and his grandchildren, Eva Kendele Cregger of Charleston, SC, Hunter Cregger of Charleston, SC, Jett Cregger of Charlotte, NC and Mckenzie Smith of Peachtree City, GA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christian Church of God. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
