He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carl, Charles W, Frank Jr and J. W. Church. He is survived by: his children, Robert W. Church of Bucyrus, OH, Pamela Rindfuss (Ronald) of Phoenix, AR and Terri Hite (David) of Bucyrus, OH; and his sisters, Jean Harrold, Claytor Lake and Jane Richardson of Bluefield, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a special niece, who brought a lot of joy to him in his final days, Mary Sue White of Kimball, WV; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
