She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Bell Ferrell; her children, Joseph Thomas Ascue, Alvin Walker Ascue (Donna) and Kimberly Ascue Shaw; her grandchildren, Kimberly Ascue, Christopher Ascue, Nicolas Shaw (Emily) and Logan Ascue; her nieces, Cynthia Eley Stalnaker (Glenver) and Sharon Eley Fogarty (James); her great-nephew Thomas James Fogarty; and her friends, Socks and Marley.
