She is survived by: her parents, Madeline McClanahan and Howard Jones; her children, John Proffitt (Crystal) of Iowa, Eddie Wood of Princeton, WV, Rose King (Mike) of Bluefield, WV, Heather Wood of Bluefield, WV, Jessica Proffitt (Matthew) of South Carolina and Crystal Graham (Lacey) of Princeton, WV.; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Dakota, Samantha, Wyatt, Chasity, Jaylynn, Haleigh, Mason, Emmalee, Destiny and Angel; her great grandchild Killian; and her siblings, Robert Jones, Coy McClanahan, John McClanahan, Shirley Hodge and Patricia Jones.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Edgemont Baptist Church (2507 Jefferson Dr, Bluefield, WV 24701).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
