He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay Howard Honaker and Lorena Alice Mayberry Honaker; and his siblings, Howard Lee Honaker and Linda Sue Honaker. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Osborne (Billie) of Bluefield, WV, Melody "Chris" Shrader (Jerry Jr.) of Bluefield, VA and Cathy Bradley (Jerry) of Athens, WV; his nieces and nephews, Steve, Shannon, Jody Osborne, Jennifer Miller of Crystal, JJ, Matthew, Christopher Shrader and Jacob Bradley; his great-nieces, Maddie, Peyton, Paislee and Lilyan; and his great-nephew Mayson (Jamie Hounshell). He is also survived by other family members and friends in his extended family.
