He was predeceased by: his sister Angela Dales. He is survived by: his parents, Danny Dales and Sue Dales; his wife Kay Dailey Dales; his children, Danny Joe "Joey" Dales, II, Zachary Alden Dales and Ella Elizabeth Dales; his niece Rebecca Cariens; his mother-in-law Sandra Dailey; his sister-in-law Beth Bradshaw (Robert); and his niece Breanna Carter.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Graham Middle School (1 Academic Cir, Bluefield, VA 24605). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and in the spirit of Joe Dales' life of service, memorials may be made to the Community Foundation of the Virginias, P.O. Box 4127, Bluefield, WV 24701.
