He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mitchem and Ethel Mitchem; and his brothers, Howard, Harless, Donnie and Roger.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his daughters, Tammy Wyatt (David) and Sandra Mitchem; his son-in-law Scott Ridenour; and his granddaughters, Vicki Smith (Mark), Julie Moore (Al) and Amanda Lafferty (Joseph). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins.
